📦 Received a Damaged or Broken Package?

If your order arrives in a damaged or broken condition, please:

  • Take clear photos of the outer carton and product immediately

  • Mention the damage while acknowledging delivery with the courier partner

  • Email us at orders@navvayd.com within 24 hours of delivery

  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging

We will arrange a reverse pickup, and once the item is received at our facility and verified, we will process a replacement or refund accordingly.


🔧 Received a Defective Product?

If you believe the product is defective, please:

  • Share images of the product and outer packaging with us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Make sure the product is unused and preserved in its original condition

  • Email us at orders@navvayd.com

After inspection at our facility, we’ll initiate the process of refund or replacement based on our findings.


Didn’t Like the Taste?

We understand that taste is a personal experience, especially with tea. Exploring new teas is part of discovering your unique palate.

As such, we do not offer returns or refunds for products based on personal taste preferences.


💳 Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
